Metaphor Poem

Yesterday in Te Ngahere we started to learn how to use metaphors in our writing. We wrote a poem about ourselves only using metaphors. We were not to use the words because,and I. We were to write five or more metaphors. I enjoy writing about myself one of my favorite one was Fonz is a humongous wall of knowledge but still getting bigger. What I can work on next time is to use better metaphors about myself. This is my first draft.



Fonz is a Bugatti power full and slim
Fonz is a pair of Pumas flash and expensive
Fonz is a pair of track pants warm and cozy
Fonz is a great and fantastic bomber
Fonz is a laptop smart and slike
Fonz is a humongous wall of knowledge but still getting bigge r
Fonz is stronger than green stone
Fonz is Ktm dirt bike going full speed at his learning
Fonz is a lilac tree wildly swaying in the rough wind

    Kia Ora Fonz,
    I like your metaphor poem. I like your metaphors and I think they are very similar to who you are. I like the one where it says you are a wall of knowledge but still getting bigger and I think that is true. When I was reading it though there were some metaphors that were almost the same. But it’s not really a big deal.
